ios 10.3.2 can't download or update on App Store due to payment can't be selected to none

if you experienced a failure download or update apps after upgrade to ios 10.3.2, due to payment option can't be selected to none, then you can try this way.

select payment to none, then select salutation (mr / mrs / prof / Dr). and that's it. click done. and payment still can be none. download and update are able to do now...
